Q. What type of calculator is required/recommended for your class?

A. None. In fact, no calculators are allowed on exams.

Q. I am not familiar with the lecture/discussion format and don't know how to study effectively, etc. What do you suggest?

A. Christelle Vincent has put together a helpful document addressing most of these issues. She is an experienced TA in the math department. study_guide.pdf
