    Q. I was wondering if it would be possible for us to meet to get some help with the homework assignment?
    A. The point of the homework is for students to try and figure it out themselves. This is the difference between an exercise and an example. After the homework has been graded and returned, I will answer questions about it in class. You can come and see me if you want but I cannot tell you how to work the exercises.
