Calculus, Volume II, 2nd edition, by T. M. Apostol

GRADE AND EXAMS:

Your course grade will be based on homework (20%), two in-class midterms (20% each), and a final exam (40%).
No letter grades will be assigned before the end of the semester.
The midterm exams are scheduled on October 18 and November 17. The final exam is scheduled on Tuesday, 12/20/2016, 5:05PM - 7:05PM.
Use of calculators will not be allowed for exams. You must bring a valid UW Photo ID to all exams.
If you are eligible for special consideration on exams, please let me know as soon as possible, so that I can ensure that your needs are accommodated.

HOMEWORK:

Homework will be assigned on a (roughly) weekly basis, and will be posted on this page.
Once the homework is posted, you'll have about a week to complete it and hand it in.
Late homework will not be accepted.
