The Organizing Committee will arrange a limited number of shorter talks each afternoon. Please inform the Committee if you wish to give a talk and submit a title by December 11^th.

An informal opening reception will be held in the 9^th Floor Lounge of Van Vleck Hall on the evening of Wednesday, January 6^th, starting at 7:30 PM.

There will be a banquet for participants in the Conference, for faculty and staff at UW-Madison, and for their guests on Saturday evening, January 9, 1999. This event is dedicated to Professor Stephen Wainger . The banquet will be held in Tripp Common in the Wisconsin Memorial Union, starting at 7:00 PM. The banquet will be proceeded by a cash bar starting at 6:00 PM. The cost of the banquet will be $22 per person.
