Chicken Legs



for 1 Walter size portion:

6 chicken legs, partially defrosted (take a frozen family pack and split in middle), for defrost: 3 min in microwave. If you defrost the whole family size, 2 min one side, turn over, 2 min other side.

sauce:  (use small white cup)
1/2 cup sugar
cover sugar with soy sauce (same level)
1 unheaped teaspoon salt
1 heaped teaspoon hot sauce
stir

put chicken legs in black baking pan
spoon sauce over the legs
put in oven on middle level
temperature at 350 F
turn legs in about 1/2 hour
give another 10 - 15 min
cut into the biggest chicken leg to see if still bloody on inside (if so, another 10 min).
