Office hours: MWF 11:50-1:00 in B235 and 819 Van Vleck, or by appointment. Also, if you are registered in the class you can send e-mail to math321-2-s06@lists.wisc.edu about technical questions. Everyone in the class will receive a copy and this is often helpful to other students, just like it is usually helpful to many others when someone asks questions in class. Please answer the questions if you can, I will count that as class participation.
Organization There will be 3 in-class exams and a FINAL. We'll experiment with running Friday lectures as a discussion session. `Volunteers' will solve problems on the board and answer questions and we'll discuss them. Participation to these sessions is mandatory and will constitute at least 10% of your grade. 10% of the grade is for `class participation' in one form or another (Friday sessions, e-mail, asking question and trying to answer others' questions...)
