This book is available for purchase at the University Bookstore.


Make sure your copy has the software ALEKS included.
This class will be taught in the computer lab using the program ALEKS. You will need the course code to access the course on line. It is: 4GGKP-UAKRP
The first time you use ALEKS you will need to register. Just go to Aleks and follow the instructions for first time user.

Grading:
Exam 1: Chapters 1, 2: 15%
Exam 2: Chapters 3, 4, 5: 20%
Exam 3: Chapters 6, 7: 20%
Final Exam: Chapters 1-8, 10: 30%
Homework: 15%
There will be homework assigned every week but I will drop the lowest 2 scores.


EXAMS
Exam 1: Tuesday February 16, 1:00-2:15, B107 Van Vleck.
Exam 2: Thursday March 18, 1:00-2:15, B107 Van Vleck.
Exam 3: Tuesday April 20, 1:00-2:15, B107 Van Vleck.
Final Exam:
2:45PM-4:45PM, Thursday May 13, 2010 , Room 5206 SOC SCI.
  • FINAL EXAM is scheduled for 2:45 P.M. Thursday May 13, 2010. Please take note right away.
  • If you can not take the exam due to legitimate excuses, please send me an e-mail as soon as possible.
  • The final exam is scheduled by the university and cannot be rescheduled except under certain circumstance. There will be no early final exam.
