It will be cumulative with approximately 6 or 7 problems from new material (6.4-7.5) and 7 or 8 from old material. It counts one and half times as much as each evening exam. Room assignment is different: Van Vleck Hall B102 sections 321-327 Van Vleck Hall B130 sections 328-333 These are large lecture rooms in the basement of Van Vleck Hall. They can be entered from the central stairwell as well as on level B1 on the opposite side of the hallway from the small classrooms. --------- instructions on final -------------- No books, no notes, no calculators, no cell phones, no pagers, no electronic devices of any kind. However you can bring to the exam one 8.5 by 11 cheat sheet with anything you want written or printed on both sides. Put your answer in the box provided if there is a box. Show every step of your solution. Erase or mark out anything false in your work. Simplify your answers as much as you can. It may not be sufficient to have a right answer to get full credit. This is much better preparation for the exam than reading someone else's list. Work on such a list carefully and rewrite it several times.
