Title: Decoupling inequalities related to the Parsell-Vinogradov system in two dimensions.

Abstract: I will present some sharp l^p(L^p) decoupling inequalities associated to certain translation and dilation invariant surfaces. These inequalities imply the sharp bounds on the number of integer solutions of certain system of Diophantine equations.
