Hi Hans; We have applied for Property Tax Exemption under the new state statutes, and are awaiting the city's answer. Once we have it, we will know whether to revise what we have been doing with all properties taxed, or come up with a new methodology if a number of the homes are not taxed. I have not forgotten that we will be changing, but thank you for the continued reminders.
